The Retail Planning Specialist will be responsible for conducting competitive analysis to refine stock strategies, formulating strategies for slow moving inventory and days stock cover, and guiding and supporting the execution of planograms. This role requires strong analytical ability and commercial acumen, as well as experience using MS packages Excel / Word / PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills being non-negotiable.


Requirements
  • Commerce / Business Degree
  • At least 3-4 years' work experience in a retail environment
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
  • Retail planning experience is preferred and advantageous
  • Proven knowledge of MS packages Excel / Word / PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel: Non-negotiable
  • Experience using Power BI is advantageous
