Teaching and Research Opportunity

The North-West University is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Senior Lecturer in Accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing teaching and learning services, as well as contributing to research activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach assigned classes according to the NWU teaching and learning strategies.
  • Conduct research activities with the research programme leader and director.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree (NQF Level 9) in Accountancy or an MBA.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in teaching accounting.
  • A minimum of three years' experience in the field as an accountant is desirable.
  • Accreditation with SAIPA/ACCA or SAICA as an AGA(SA).
