iStaff Ltd is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging facility. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical production, with at least 12-15 years of experience in managing operations, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production plans to ensure efficient use of resources and meet capacity targets.
  • Supervise and motivate staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • BPharm degree and registration with the Pharmacy Council.
  • At least 12-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging.
