About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Telemarketing Agent to join our team at HomeChoice Holdings Limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by engaging with potential customers over the phone.
- Ensure effective communication and build strong relationships with customers to achieve sales objectives.
- Utilize a dialler system to efficiently manage calls and maximize sales opportunities.
- Adhere to company processes and procedures to ensure a professional and polite service.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively promote and sell products to customers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Matric or Grade 12 qualification.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' sales or telemarketing experience within a contact centre.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, including email, internet, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- A clear understanding of a contact centre environment and sound understanding of contact centre metrics.

Work Arrangements
You will work in Wynberg and enjoy flexible working hours:
- Early shift: Monday to Thursday (08:00 - 17:00), Friday (08:00 - 15:00), and one Saturday per month (09:00 - 13:30).
- Late shift: Monday to Thursday (09:30 - 19:00), Friday (08:00 - 15:00), and no Saturdays. Transport will be provided for late shifts in surrounding areas.
