About the Role

Hudson Rubber is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programming and Operation: Program CNC machines to manufacture products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform basic machine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems with machines.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees on how to properly operate CNC machines and programs.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience working in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
  • Qualifications: Qualified toolmaker with a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints, and skilled at troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, physical fit, and able to lift heavy objects if needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CNC Experience: Experience working on CNC, Milling, Surface grinder, Spark Eroder, Turning, and Polishing.
