Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Driven Business Development Professional to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business, building lasting relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Performance Areas:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential advertising clients across various industries and market segments, and develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact, and understand client objectives to tailor advertising solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Advertising Solutions: Present and articulate the value proposition of TieMedia advertising products and services effectively, and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team, and maintain and update CRM software with diary entries, prospect sheets, quotes, lost order sheet, sales activity sheep, and keep a proper pipeline/report accurately on sales activities.
- Compliance: Record all telephone calls/potential sales on Google Live Sheets, as provided, and ensure correct data capture.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in advertising or media.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients effectively.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven by achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Salary:
Our estimated salary for this role is around R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
