Job Title: Legal and Compliance Administrator

Profession Hub is seeking a highly skilled Legal and Compliance Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and providing administrative support for legal contracts.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, filing, and managing legal documents, contracts, and reports. You will also be required to communicate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately conveyed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and review legal contracts, agreements, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the contract register, ensuring that all necessary updates and changes are made.
  • Provide administrative support for legal matters, including drafting correspondence and managing files.
  • Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including FICA, PAIA, TCF, POPIA, FAIS, and FSRA.
  • Collaborate with the external FAIS Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with POPIA requirements and maintain stakeholder information.
  • Support the conclusion and maintenance of various agreements.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in a legal field and/or Regulatory Compliance certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in FICA, PAIA, TCF, POPIA, FAIS, and FSRA Legislation and requirements.
  • 2 years' experience working with FAIS requirements.
  • Knowledge of POPIA legal requirements.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills, including MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Hybrid remote working arrangement, with 2-3 days per week spent working remotely.
