RPO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our client's team at a reputable Boiler Manufacturer. Our client is a leading company in the industry, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Fitter to ensure the smooth operation of their boiler manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and fit components according to technical specifications, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to industry standards.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues, identifying and resolving problems efficiently and effectively.
- Repair or replace defective parts, utilizing expertise and knowledge of mechanical systems to minimize downtime and optimize production.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks, scheduling and performing routine checks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive innovation and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment and adhering to industry best practices.
- Keep accurate maintenance records, documenting activities and results to support continuous improvement and quality assurance.
- Red Seal Mechanical Fitter qualification, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of mechanical systems and boiler manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter in the boiler manufacturing industry, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including assembly, fitting, and repair of boiler components.
- Experience with assembly and fitting of boiler components, including pipes, valves, and other equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Attention to detail and quality, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting industry standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
