Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive excellence in maintenance to support site operations through practical and effective application of maintenance philosophy.
- Driving innovative and cost-effective solutions to ensure best practices and compliance requirements are met to deliver high asset reliability.
- Systematically define, design, develop, monitor, and refine an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes value-added preventive maintenance tasks.
- Analyze breakdowns and implement permanent solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Industrial).
- 0 - 2 years in Maintenance or Engineering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numeracy and PC skills.
