Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics / Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at Boikago Group. As a key member of our Logistics Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

• Ensure part readiness for local, CKD, and direct purchase components to support model year and new vehicle projects.
• Manage part availability and supply of local, CKD, and direct purchase components to support pre-series build milestones.
• Implement systems, processes, and documents for CP8 sign-off of pre-series units.
• Ensure systems and processes are in place for handover to series production.

• Degree or Diploma in Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Production Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Logistics, Transport, Information Technology/Systems, or Data Science.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Logistics environment within the automotive industry.
• Project Management Experience.

• Analytical skills with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Computer literacy, Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, Power BI.
• Understanding of RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
• Sound interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to prepare and present reports and presentations to management.

• German language.
• Knowledge of specific Group systems.
• TEVON system, including the reporting tool PROMON.
• COPS system.
• ProCKD.
• AVON.
