Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Systems Specialist to join our team at Recruitment Matters. This exciting opportunity will allow the successful candidate to leverage their expertise in ERP system implementation and support.

About the Role

This role will involve maintaining and customising the ERP system, implementing changes or upgrades as necessary, and providing technical and functional support to end-users. The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and customise the Syspro ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Implement changes or upgrades to the ERP system, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Provide technical and functional support to end-users, assisting with queries and resolving any system-related issues.
  • Work closely with the IT and Financial teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within the ERP system, enabling informed business decision-making.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 6-8 years' experience working in a similar role, preferably with Syspro ERP system.
  • Excellent analytical design and organisational skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Syspro architecture, including integration principles and reporting tools.
  • Experience with VB Scripting, T-SQL, and Excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, reflecting the value we place on your skills and experience. Based on industry standards, we estimate the annual salary for this role to be around $85,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and location.
