Warranty Claims Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Warranty Claims Coordinator to join our team in Eastern Mpumalanga. As a key member of our commercial vehicle division, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of warranty administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims.

The successful candidate will oversee fraudulent claims, maintain warranty documentation, and stay up-to-date with factory recalls and company announcements. You will liaise with manufacturers, organize customer and service records, and negotiate on behalf of customers and the dealership.

This is a permanent employment opportunity based in Eastern Mpumalanga, offering a market-related salary of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, plus industry-related benefits available/negotiable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare, review, and process warranty claims for commercial vehicles.
• Oversee warranty documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and maintenance in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Maintain an organized system for warranty records and customer information, ensuring all documentation is accessible and up-to-date.

**Requirements:**

• Grade 12 is required, with additional qualifications in warranty administration or automotive service being advantageous.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial truck dealership/workshop industry, backed by a strong track record.
• Proficiency in dealership management software (experience with Pinnacle/CDK/SAP/Kerridge or similar is an advantage) and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• System skills and technical familiarity with warranty processes, documentation, and claim handling.
