The successful candidate will lead and develop a Quality Assurance System in compliance with food safety standards, ensuring adherence to HACCP, ISO standards (FSSC), and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance System
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  3. Oversee quality control of raw materials and finished products
  4. Conduct risk assessments and audits
  5. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues
  6. Monitor production control functions

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field and have 4+ years' experience in Quality Assurance Management within Meat Plants or FMCG. Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSC, food safety laws, and regulatory compliance is essential. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are required, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
