We are seeking a seasoned HVAC Specialist Senior to join our facilities team at AdventHealth North Pinellas. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our heating and air conditioning systems, which are essential for providing high-quality patient care. Your Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have two years of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license. Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
  2. Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages.
  3. Prepares the preventive maintenance schedule and produces monthly reports.
  4. Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations.
  5. Assists in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Oversees essential repairs and other duties as carried out.
  6. Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under limited guidance.
  7. Monitors work performed by outside contractors to ensure requirements are met and results are documented properly.
  8. Responds to in-house Work Orders and PM's on a daily basis, and in a timely manner.
