General:

  • Required to perform tool checks and maintain accountability for lost tools.
  • Carry out tasks as instructed by the National Coffee Manager.
  • Provide operational assistance and guidance to customers on equipment usage.
  • Ensure a professional image by maintaining a well-groomed appearance and a clean vehicle.
  • Promote company ethics and values at all times.
  • Notify management of establishment visits with a clear explanation.
  • Work on standby as required and adhere to the planned route as per the Brew Coffee SLA.

Technical & On-Site Duties:

  • Repair faulty equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct intermediate to advanced fault finding for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and software-related issues.
  • Test equipment to ensure it meets mechanical, aesthetic, and functional standards.
  • Calibrate and program equipment to produce high-quality coffee products.
  • Install beverage equipment and test it with products before leaving the customer site.
  • Uplift equipment as required.
  • Clearly communicate equipment faults and corrective actions to the manager on site.
  • Inform the field service coordinator or technical support manager of updates or returns.
  • Escalate any problems to the T.S.M. immediately.
  • Seek assistance from internal specialists when struggling to repair equipment within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Perform first-time repairs of equipment.
  • Conduct preventative checks and repairs on equipment.
