We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Neoc_People. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring financial compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Completion of SAICA or SAIPA articles is essential.
    • Xero certification or substantial experience with Xero is non-negotiable.
  • Skills & Experience:
    • At least 2+ years of relevant work experience within an accounting firm is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT, and tax regulations.
    • Afrikaans proficiency is required for internal communication.
    • Highly analytical with the ability to solve problems and think independently.
    • Experience working with multiple clients across various industries is a plus.
