Eduvos seeks a skilled Software Lecturer to join our team at the Bloemfontein campus on a fixed-term basis.

Purpose:

• To deliver Information Technology-related modules in the faculty on a fixed-term basis.
• To provide administrative support and departmental assistance as required by the academic department.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the education and development of students in the field of Information Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, tutorials, and assessments, as well as providing pastoral support to students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for teaching and learning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Lecture Information Technology-related modules to undergraduate students.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Provide feedback to students on their performance and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum content.
• Contribute to the development of the academic department through participation in committee meetings and other initiatives.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a relevant qualification in Computer Science or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.

The successful candidate will also have:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in teaching Information Technology-related subjects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
