The role of Business Operations Manager involves ensuring the strategic alignment of initiatives for Outsourced Business (OB) by System Platform Providers (SPPs) and Binder Holders. This includes relationship management between Santam and SPPs through frequent engagements, supporting OB and Business Integration teams, and maintaining initiative backlogs.

This position requires strong communication and facilitation skills to drive project timelines and convince stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, QlikView, Qlik Sense, JIRA, and Confluence is also essential. Knowledge of the OB model is an advantage.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure strategic alignment of OB initiatives with SPPs and Binder Holders.
  • Manage relationships with SPPs through regular interactions.
  • Support OB and Business Integration teams in their daily operations.
  • Maintain and report on initiative backlogs.
  • Drive the implementation of various initiatives within the given budget and timeline.
