Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing monthly management accounts for UK and US divisions. They will handle full trial balance, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting. Maintaining and implementing supplier relations, process controls, and operational efficiency is also a key responsibility. Overseeing multi-national trading operations, ensuring compliance across subsidiaries is critical. In addition, they will assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Utilizing Microsoft Dynamics Business Central for financial data management is essential for this role.

Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified CIMA/SAICA professional with 10-15 years of management accounting experience. A strong background in recruitment, sales, or professional services industries is required. Prior experience in an accounting firm is highly desirable. Proven track record of managing multi-national financial operations is necessary. Highly proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and other financial software is required. Exceptional eye for detail with strong communication and analytical skills is essential. Ability to work independently in a fully remote capacity is a must.
