Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Mobility Administration Specialist to join our team at Toyota South Africa Motors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our global services team, ensuring seamless coordination of various tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and consolidate medical results, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collect and update contact information for global services team members
  • Coordinate dental appointments, fitness sessions, and other activities
  • Support the completion of COE packs and visa-related documents
  • Raise out-of-office memos for approval and ensure timely responses
  • Coordinate HR interviews, psychometry assessments, and Dojo training
  • Provide administrative support for departure events and classroom activities

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate and driver's license
  • Computer literacy and excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, with a focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain confidentiality
