Job Title: SO Bag Operators

At Shave and Gibson Packaging, we are seeking a skilled Bag Machine Operator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate machines to print and produce high-quality paper bags.
  • Understand and adjust packaging equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and address packaging defects promptly to maintain product quality.
  • Operate, package, and maintain the bagging machine to ensure efficient production.
  • Ensure the machine is properly set up, including threading and aligning paper, and adjusting bag length as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous printing experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work 3 x 8 hour shifts, including weekends and overtime.
