Job Title: Data Analyst - Water Utility

Johannesburg Water is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team.

About the Role:

  • As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for receiving and attending to works orders daily, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submitting to Depots.
  • You will extract data from MIS/SAP PM as requested by your supervisor, escalating urgent Quality Assurance inconsistencies/anomalies found.
  • Your duties will include checking and confirming the accuracy of information in completed works orders on the MIS system, monitoring and reporting non-compliance and data errors to the relevant Unit Manager/Supervisor.
  • You will liaise with customers on feedback quality of jobs done by Networks on reported problems, attending to all daily requests of work orders by customers and billing Department.
  • Monitoring late and outstanding new connections requests as requested by Supervisor will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Additionally, you will compile and present customer feedback survey to Supervisor for Customer Satisfaction Survey Project.
  • You will keep the Monitoring and Evaluation unit informed and updated on data-related matters.

Requirements:

  • A Grade 12 (NQF4) qualification is essential for this role.
