The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management of high-profile highway projects and bridge schemes in London. The role involves ensuring the implementation of robust health and safety protocols, with a focus on developing and maintaining Method Statements and Risk Assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the Quantity Surveyor to ensure project efficiency and budget compliance
  • Liaise with the procurement team to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Lead a team of Sub Agents, Section Engineers, and Site Engineers, providing guidance and oversight

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably at Foundation Degree level or equivalent, in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.

A minimum of several years' experience working as a Site Agent within Civil Engineering & Highways for a reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 company is required.

A valid UK driving license is essential for this position.
