We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Unique Personnel. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire HR function for the region.
About the Role
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with company objectives;
- Lead performance management initiatives to drive business results;
- Maintain a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement and development programs;
- Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to management and employees;
- Negotiate collective agreements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to meet business needs;
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and reporting;
- Manage CCMA dispute resolution processes to minimize risks.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial Psychology;
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HR advisory roles within medium to large organizations;
- Expert knowledge of South African employment laws and dispute resolution practices;
- Registration with SABPP or HPCSA as a Human Resources Professional or Industrial Psychologist (advantageous);
- Proven track record in recruitment, performance management, HR administration, and conflict resolution;
- Strong understanding of South African labor laws and industry-specific regulations;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills;
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
