**About the Role:**
We are looking for an Administrative Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
- Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, handling incoming calls and emails, and responding to queries.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and deliverables, and costing schedules on projects.
- Provide support to managers and employees as needed, including arranging for employee skills training and vehicle service and maintenance.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned, including submitting monthly payroll, leave forms, and adjustments.
Requirements:**
- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably with experience in Pastel accounting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
