Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Plan and schedule equipment maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, to ensure minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to schedule equipment maintenance and prioritize resources.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify maintenance requirements and coordinate with vendors to procure necessary equipment and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, ensuring that all maintenance reports and documentation are up-to-date.

• Ensure that all equipment is maintained according to industry standards and regulations, as well as the company's policies and procedures.

Working Conditions:

• The Maintenance Senior Supervisor will work in a manufacturing environment, which may involve exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
• The Maintenance Senior Supervisor may be required to work overtime, weekends, or holidays to ensure that equipment maintenance operations are completed on time.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Grade N3 onwards Technical mechanical and electrical studies with a strong hydraulic background.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software and systems.
• Experience managing a team of maintenance technicians.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Management skills to obtain maximum experience in the maintenance team.
