About the Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of front and back of house procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective management strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Manage inventory, stock control, and cash handling procedures to maintain profitability and minimize losses.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best possible deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing high-pressure environments and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and suppliers.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in English and basic math skills.
