  • Staff Performance: Continuously evaluate staff performance and manage output.
  • Training and Development: Identify and implement internal and external training based on skill requirements.
  • Disciplinary Actions: Investigate and address infractions, initiating disciplinary actions as required.
  • Attendance Monitoring: Monitor attendance, taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee-management relationships through motivation and adherence to company policies.
  • Performance Appraisals: Conduct bi-annual performance appraisals.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory cleaning role is essential.

Key Skills:

  • Strong prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to demonstrate initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in computer literacy.
