We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Africa 4x4 Specialist to join our team at Drive South Africa. As a key member of our rental vehicle department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our range of 4x4 vehicles.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide detailed information on vehicle equipment, travel restrictions, and route planning to ensure customers have a seamless self-drive experience.
  2. Respond promptly to rental enquiries across various platforms, ensuring a high conversion rate and maintaining a minimum conversion rate of 30%.
  3. Profile clients to recommend the most suitable vehicle based on their itinerary and needs, driving conversions and repeat business.
  4. Accurately process reservations, ensuring all details align with quotations and system data.

Requirements

  • MATRIC qualification (Tertiary qualification in travel/tourism is an advantage).
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience with a strong sales focus (telesales or face-to-face).
  • Strong knowledge of Africa and self-drive destinations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (Tourplan system knowledge is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and own transport.
