- Recruiting, developing, and performance-managing a high-performing team to achieve excellence in all areas of the business.
- Ensuring compliance with licenses, adhering to cash handling processes, maintaining health and safety standards, and providing adequate cover for operational areas.
Requirements:

- Exceptional leadership qualities, ability to balance strong people skills with positively impacting commercial results, and a flair for developing high-performing teams.
