About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR services, with 1-2 years' experience as a HR Manager leading a team. You will be responsible for managing a range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, retention planning, succession planning, industrial relations, transformation, employee relations, reporting, trend analysis, corrective action, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Manage a team of HR professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality HR services

  • Conduct analytical reviews of HR data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
