Job Description:

The Local Direct Sales Coordinator will report to the [insert supervisor's name] and be responsible for:

  • Managing the direct sales team, focusing on excellent customer service and sales growth.
  • Recruiting new sales team members and providing comprehensive training to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Implementing effective direct sales processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in a secondary language (e.g., French, Chinese, Japanese, etc.).
  • Strong Excel skills for data analysis and management.
  • University degree in business, marketing, sales, language, or tourism.
  • Proven experience in people management and recruitment.
  • Desirable experience in overseas work environments, preferably in an international setting.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and exceeding targets.
