About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Capturer. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing and analyzing data related to health and wellness interventions.

Key responsibilities include entering data accurately into designated database, spreadsheets, and software systems, updating and maintaining records regularly, conducting regular data audits to identify and correct errors or discrepancies, generating routine and ad-hoc reports to support program evaluation and decision-making, providing administrative assistance to the Health and Wellness Division as needed, assisting in the coordination and scheduling of meetings, workshops, and training sessions, supporting the preparation of documents, correspondence, and materials related to data management, and monitoring and evaluating the impact of health and wellness interventions.

You will also be responsible for compiling monthly reports on various indicators, including number of first things activation's, number of students tested for HIV, number of students screened for TB, and number of students who attended peer-to-peer dialogues/discussion groups/workshops on GBV & Mental Health.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require a Grade 12 certificate on NQF Level 4, a minimum of one (1) year experience in data capturing and report writing, and knowledge of Department of Health programs e.g. Tier.net.
