What does this role entail?
  1. This is a 24-month programme aimed at developing recently qualified graduates whose ideas, ambitions, and leadership potentials will help shape the future of MBFS SA.
  2. The programme enhances our talent pipeline of young people who will become future leaders capable of filling scarce skill roles within our organisation.
  3. The graduate programme will include a 24-month learnership, resulting in a new qualification for all graduates who pass.

You must have completed a degree in the following fields to be considered:

  1. Fraud & Compliance (BCom Internal Auditing)
  2. IT (IT Degree and experience in Power BI and SQL)

This role requires a strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
