Master Griller

We are seeking a skilled Master Griller to join our team at Prospect Staffing SA. This role requires a high level of expertise in grilling various meats, seafood, and vegetables.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment.

This position involves operating and managing the grill station efficiently, preparing and cooking grilled dishes according to menu specifications, and coordinating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the grill station to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
• Prepare and cook grilled dishes to meet customer expectations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Monitor food items on the grill and adjust cooking times as needed to prevent overcooking or undercooking.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new grilled menu items and contribute to menu development and innovation.
