Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, explaining, and reviewing loan applications, as well as engaging with customers to provide exceptional service. Key responsibilities include:
- Capturing customer details for loan applications, including OTP verifications.
- Reviewing customer documents for veracity and uploading clear copies where applicable.
- Liaising with customers to obtain any outstanding application documents.
- Performing and reviewing credit checks for customers.
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and telephonically. You should also be proficient in capturing and processing customer data.
