About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading private equity firm in South Africa, driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience as a CA(SA) from a similar industry, with expertise in financial risk management, private equity, capital venture, and investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue and cash flows
  • Analyse current and past financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Prepare detailed financial reports, investment memorandums, and market research presentations to support deal evaluation and investment decisions
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and comparative benchmarking of potential investments, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategies
Requirements
  • Qualified CA(SA) - Chartered Accountant
  • 3-5 years experience as a CA(SA) from a similar industry
  • Financial Risk Management experience
  • Private Equite / Capital Venture / Investment Analyzing experience
