About the Role

This HR & Payroll Administrator position is an exciting opportunity to join FUTURELINK GLOBAL RECRUITMENT's dynamic team in New Germany. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless HR and payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance.
  • Manage employee attendance, absences, and leave records, maintaining up-to-date records and reports.
  • Provide expert support to employees, resolving queries and concerns regarding payroll matters.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective document control procedures for casual staff.
  • Reconcile third-party payments, process statutory declarations, and maintain accurate records of employee leave and benefits.
  • Organize and secure employee and operational files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Support the HR team in managing reports, tracking deadlines, and contributing to various HR tasks.
  • Develop and implement training programs, enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A matric certificate or higher qualification in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR or payroll role, preferably with knowledge of payroll systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with time attendance systems, online platforms, and relevant software applications.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
