Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and managing container shipments
  • Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Verifying all booking details and updating internal systems accordingly
  • Providing clients with shipping options, routes, stack dates, ETDs, and ETAs
  • Processing customer bookings and creating/send Q67 documentation to relevant parties
  • Ensuring accurate stock allocation and processing shipments according to standard operating procedures
  • Managing client accounts to avoid penalties and additional costs
  • Attending client and operations planning meetings
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Grade 12/Matric (essential)
  • Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Business Management (desirable)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Freight Forwarding & Logistics (preferably imports)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and remotely when required
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and Inttra (desirable)
