**Job Title:** Meat Cutter Specialist

**Salary:** The estimated salary for this position is R120,000 - R180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Selecting Meat: You will be responsible for selecting the finest cuts of meat from wholesalers or abattoirs, ensuring that our customers receive only the best.
  • Cutting Meat: With precision and care, you will cut the meat into portions, taking into account customer preferences and requirements.
  • Custom-Cutting: Our customers often have special requests, which you will meet with ease, custom-cutting the meat to their specifications.
  • Preparing Meat Products: You will prepare a range of meat products, including sausage and ham, using traditional methods and techniques.
  • Weighing and Packing: Accurately weighing and packing the meat ensures that our customers receive exactly what they ordered.
  • Labeling and Pricing: You will label and price the packets of meat, ensuring that our customers know exactly what they're paying for.
  • Displaying and Waiting on Customers: You will be the face of our company, displaying our products and waiting on customers with a smile.
  • Maintaining Records and Inventories: Accurate records and inventory management are essential for our business, and you will be responsible for maintaining these up-to-date.
  • Ensuring Workplace Hygiene: A clean and hygienic workplace is vital for our business, and you will ensure that our premises meet the highest standards.
