About the Role

In this key position, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business architecture strategies that drive enterprise-wide transformation. Your expertise in developing situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations will enable us to make informed decisions and stay ahead of the competition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive business architecture strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.
  • Capture the tactical and strategic enterprise goals that provide traceability throughout the organization and ensure they are mapped to metrics that provide ongoing governance.
  • Describe the primary business functions of the enterprise and distinguish between customer-facing, supplier-related, business execution, and business management functions.
  • Define the set of strategic, core, and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe the people, resources, and controls involved in the processes.
  • Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between that data.
  • Capture the relationships among roles, capabilities, and business units, the decomposition of those business units into sub-units, and the internal or external management of those units.
  • Conduct business capability map assessments to identify areas of improvement and make the necessary changes to carry out strategy or reshape the business.
  • Responsible for designing business architecture artefacts, including creating and maintaining the knowledge base and connecting it to other domains such as processes and system applications.
Requirements
  • An information technology-related diploma or degree and professional architecture certification (i.e., TOGAF, Zachman certified, CBA).
  • Professional architecture field certification.
