Job Summary


As a highly skilled Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Agile methodologies in software projects, focusing on quality and meeting business needs and strategic goals.


The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide software project teams through weekly facilitation sessions, providing expert-level guidance on process, system, tools, methods, communication, integration, and team dynamics.


You will also be responsible for integrating with diverse stakeholders, engaging and facilitating with multiple groups across a spectrum of wants and needs, while building professional relationships through regular communication and feedback with all stakeholders.


The successful candidate will be able to ensure accurate cost estimation based on client requirements and project scope, manage project budget within project scope, and deliver projects on target within due date, budget, and according to scope and project governance.


A key aspect of this role will be ensuring traceability of defined benefits throughout the project lifecycle and escalating any deviations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing scope, including coverage of client requirements and based on estimations, and delivering projects against agreed schedules.


The successful candidate will also be able to provide advice to clients on the most appropriate project management approach, identify project stakeholders, communicate their roles, and define the level of participation in the project, map their communication needs, and manage stakeholder engagement strategies through the project plan.


Requirements



  • Completed IT/BSc degree or other related fields
  • 5-8 years of working experience in a project environment, with 5 years in a Project Manager role
  • SAFe certification and experience are essential
  • Project management experience is required
  • Agile project management experience is required
  • Scrum Master certification and experience are required
