Premier is seeking a highly skilled Craftsmanship Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall effectiveness of equipment and plant on site, providing electrical and mechanical support.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and troubleshooting according to a maintenance schedule, ensuring the optimal performance of equipment and systems.
• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
• Apprentice Training: Deliver on-the-job training to apprentices, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
• Plant Upgrades: Collaborate with the project team to plan and execute plant upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• System Maintenance: Conduct system maintenance in accordance with stipulated plant checks, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
