Executive Director of Operations

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our company's operational strategy and execution. As Executive Director of Operations, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiency, and supporting the achievement of our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement the company's strategic vision and goals. Provide strategic direction and guidance to department heads and managers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations, including production, sales, marketing, finance, human resources, and supply chain management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement within existing processes and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
- Financial Management: Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage financial plans. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and cash flow.
- Risk Management: Assess and manage risks related to the company's operations, including financial, operational, legal, and regulatory risks. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's assets and reputation.
- Leadership and Team Development: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to department heads and managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, investors, and regulatory agencies. Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and public events.
- Technology and Innovation: Stay informed about technological advancements and industry trends. Lead initiatives to leverage technology and innovation to drive business growth and competitive advantage.
- Compliance and Ethics: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and corporate responsibility throughout the organization.
- Measure effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve processes. With respect to all operational matters, ensure effective communications.
