Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at Plus1X Solutions (Pty) Ltd. This role demands a professional with substantial experience in enterprise environments, preferably within the financial services sector, who is ready to drive innovation and strategic thinking to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Optimize SQL Scripts: Develop, interpret, and optimize SQL scripts to support business processes and decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives, transforming innovative ideas into actionable and impactful business outcomes.
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC), adhering to both traditional and Agile methodologies.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing, ranging from manual methods to automation, ensuring software meets all specifications and quality standards.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide effective post-implementation support, resolving issues to enhance system functionality and user satisfaction.
  • ERP System Configuration: Contribute to the configuration and ongoing optimization of ERP systems to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Actively share knowledge and mentor team members, leveraging your expertise to foster professional growth within the team.

This full-time position requires daily on-site presence in Sandton, but we offer flexible working hours to help balance professional and personal commitments.
