">Job Description
">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing claims in a timely and accurate manner. This includes registering new claims, processing and tracking claims, capturing and storing claims information, and providing regular feedback to clients and internal stakeholders.
">Key Responsibilities
">Register new claims within 24 hours of receipt.
Process and track claims through various stages of processing.
Capture and store claims information on the Cardinal administration system.
Provide regular feedback to clients and internal stakeholders on claims status.
Assist with underwriting functions as required.
Operate within regulatory requirements set by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) and FAIS.
Report customer complaints to Head Office on a daily basis.
Requirements
">Grade 12 qualification.
FAIS accreditation (Level RE 5).
Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) recognised qualification.
At least 5 years' experience in the short-term insurance industry.
Exceptional English and Afrikaans communication skills.
