Administrative Assistant

Hire Resolve's client, a private equity investment firm, is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for efficiently managing various administrative tasks, contributing to the operational efficiency of the company and supporting the team in achieving its goals.
Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, including greeting and welcoming visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, managing the reception area, scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings, handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Requirements
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Prior experience in a corporate environment is advantageous.
