Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Isilumko Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts, developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan, and aligning marketing strategies with regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives and brokers to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective marketing strategies.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as a degree in business or marketing, and a regulatory examination level 5 (representatives) certification.

Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of sales representatives and brokers.
