Job Overview

The Recoveries Department at King Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Admitted Attorney to join their team as an Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity for the selected candidate to work alongside several Paralegals, reporting directly to the Associate Attorney.

About the Job

This permanent position involves working on various tasks, including recoveries and general litigation, utilizing advanced skills in Ghost Practice, MS Excel, and MS Word. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently under pressure, and have at least 2 years of post-articles experience in recoveries and general litigation.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in recovering debts and resolving legal issues through effective litigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Paralegals to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance professional growth and expertise.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must possess:

  • 2 years post-articles experience in recoveries and general litigation.
  • Proficiency in Ghost Practice, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure and independently.
