Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer with a strong background in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuration to join our dynamic Infrastructure Team.
  • The selected candidate will monitor, administer, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks across multiple global locations.
  • Identifying and resolving network issues will be a critical aspect of this role, ensuring minimal business impact.
  • Our ideal candidate will track network performance and capacity, providing incident reports and recommendations.
  • Configuration and support of network hardware, UC, and Telephony systems will also be key responsibilities.
  • The successful candidate will work with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms (HP Aruba, SolarWinds, ServiceNow).
  • Ensuring backup and disaster recovery (DR) solutions are effectively implemented will be crucial.

Work Model: On-site for the first 3 months, then hybrid

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a NOC environment is required.
  • A strong understanding of networking technologies (Switching, Routing, Wireless, Voice) is essential.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools & ITSM platforms (HP Aruba, SolarWinds, ServiceNow) is necessary.
  • The ability to assess the business impact of network events and symptoms is critical.
  • Experience monitoring and administering network devices (switches, routers, etc.) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of backup & disaster recovery (DR) solutions is required.
